摘　　要：习近平总书记对各级领导干部提出"严以修身、严以用权、严于律己,谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实"的要求,不仅囊括了我们党对领导干部的所有要求,而且体现着社会主义核心价值观的核心要求。"三严三实"植根于中国传统文化的土壤,具有深刻的思想渊源、理论内涵和时代价值。"三严三实"是儒家"存心养性""仁爱重义""知行合一""克己慎独"思想的体现。Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC, requests cadres at all levels uto be strict in cultivating one＇ s moral character, preventing abuse of power and disciplining oneself and be steady in planning mailers, starling undertakings and conducting oneselfw. The request not only includes all the requirements of our party＇ s leading cadres, but also embodies the core requirements of the socialist core values. ＂Three Stricts and Three SteadiesM axe deeply rooted in the soil of Chinese traditional culture, and has a profound ideological origin, theoretical meaning and time value. “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” is the reflection of Confucian thought as “deliberately cultivation”,“love and benevolence”,“uniting knowledge and action” and “self-denial and maintenance”.
