阿维A联合窄谱UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:整理我院寻常型银屑病患者的治疗资料并做回顾性分析,探讨阿维A联合窄谱UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月—2013年12月治疗的256例寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各128例患者,研究组采用阿维A联合窄谱UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病,对照组则采用单纯阿维A进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、PASI评分、不良反应发生率与复发率。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率为98.43%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为86.71%,研究组患者的复发率为20.31%,对照组患者的复发率为35.15%,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:寻常型银屑病患者通过阿维A联合窄谱UVB照射治疗的疗效显著,能够有效减少患者的复发几率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： The treatment data of psoriasis vulgaris patients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, to investigate the clinical effect of acitretin combined with narrow spectrum UVB irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： 256 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 128 patients in each group. The study group using acitretin combined with narrow-band UVB irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, the control group were treated by acitretin, Treatment efficiency, PASI score, the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups of patients. Results： The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was 98.43%, and the control group was 86.71%; the recurrence rate in the study group was 20.31%, and in the control group was 35.15%; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of patients with psoriasis vulgaris by acitretin combined with narrow-band UVB irradiation was significant, effectively reduced the recurrence rate of the patients,thus it is worthy of clinical application.
