水胶敷料与凡士林纱布用于浅Ⅱ度烧伤效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较水胶敷料与凡士林纱布应用于浅Ⅱ度烧伤的效果,提出相应的护理对策。方法:选取2014年7月至2015年6月符合标准的烧伤患者70例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用水胶敷料外敷,对照组采用凡士林纱布外敷,比较2组的愈合时间及换药时疼痛程度。结果:2组在愈合时间及换药时疼痛程度组间均有显著性差异,观察组换药时疼痛程度轻于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在浅Ⅱ度烧伤中,水胶敷料较凡士林纱布更能明显减少患者的愈合时间,减轻换药时的疼痛程度,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To compare therapeutical effect between hydrocolloid dressing and vaseline gauze used in superficial second-degree burn, and to put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods：From July 2014 to June 2015,70 burn patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Hydrocolloid dressing was applied in the observation group while vaseline gauze was applied in the control group.The healing time and degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results：The pain of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the healing time was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Compared with vaseline gauze, hydrocolloid dressing can obviously reduce the patients’healing time and degree of pain during dressing change.It’s worthy of clinical use.
