摘　　要：目的:研究失独者心理干预人员规范化培训方法,提高失独者心理干预人员相关知识水平与技能,提升其工作热情与信心。方法:对失独者心理干预人员进行专题培训,并对培训的各步骤进行规范化研究及效果检测。结果:失独者心理干预人员对培训内容适用性和培训技巧反映良好,对培训的总体满意度99.63%。培训使失独者心理干预人员对失独家庭提供帮助的意愿明显增高(P<0.01),对工作的信心显著增强(P<0.01)。结论:对失独者心理干预人员进行科学的、有针对性的、普适性的培训可提升其提供心理服务的意识和能力,满足失独家庭的心理需求,进而维护社会的稳定。Objective：To study the standardized training methods for personnel in the psychological intervention of those losing their only child, i.e.Shidu people.Methods： Special training was carried out in personnel conducting psychological intervention for Shidu people.After that, every step of training was researched and the effect was evaluated.Results： Trainees showed good impression on the applicability of training content and skills, and the overall satisfactory degree accounted for 99.63%.Their willingness to help Shidu family had significantly increased, so did the confidence in work （ P 〈0.01 ） . Conclusion：Scientific, specialized and universal training can improve the consciousness and ability of personnel when providing psychological service for Shidu family.Therefore, the psychological demand of Shidu family can be satisfied, and the social stability can be maintained.
