摘  要:为研究某型运输机襟翼操纵机构滚动副的磨损行为,在常幅载荷下进行疲劳磨损试验。利用尺寸测量法测量不同循环次数下的磨损量,以滚动轴承磨损寿命计算公式计算滚动轴承理论寿命;根据疲劳磨损试验数据,计算可靠度R=0.99时的疲劳磨损可靠寿命的点估计,并与理论寿命进行比较。结果表明:在滚动轴承与滑轨组成的摩擦副中,滑轨磨损量较大,且存在明显磨合阶段;滚动轴承的磨损量较小,随时间基本呈线性关系,没有明显的磨合阶段。The fatigue wear test is carried out under constant amplitude load to study wear behavior of rolling pair of flap gear for a certain type of aircraft. The amount of wear is measured under different number of cycles by using dimen-sional measurement method, and the theoretical life of rolling bearings is calculated by using wear life calculation for-mula for rolling bearings. According to fatigue wear test data, the point estimation of fatigue wear reliable life is calcu-lated when reliability R = 0. 99, and compared with theoretical life. The results show that the amount of wear of sliding rail is larger in friction pair consisting of rolling bearings and sliding rail, and there is obvious running - in stage. The amount of wear of rolling bearings is smaller, the relationship is approximately linear with time, and there is no obviousrunning - in stage.
