摘　　要：大鸨(Otis tarda)是我国Ⅰ级重点保护动物,属世界濒危物种。对大鸨的生活习性和繁殖特性进行深入研究是对其进行有效保护的前提。依据已有资料,从保护生物学的角度对大鸨种群的分布状况、活动规律、食性、繁殖、栖息地等方面的研究进展进行概述,讨论并分析大鸨种群的濒危机制和保护方面存在的问题,提出相关建议,以期为大鸨野外种群的保护提供基础资料。Great Bustard is a species of protected bird as the first class in China and the endangered species in the world. The indepth research of life habits and reproduction characteristics of Great Bustardare the premise to protect them effectively. According to the current data combined with the recent research,the research progress of population distribution,activity patterns,feeding habits,breeding and habitat of Great Bustarxdwere summarized from the perspective of conservation biology. In this paper,endan-gered mechanism and protective issues of Great Bustardwere discussed and analyzed. In addition,some suggestions were put forward to provide basic information for the field protection of the species.
