大学校园运动健康管理服务体系的构建

摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对近年来《国家学生体质健康标准》实施的结果进行研究和分析,剖析存在的问题,分析原因并提出构建大学校园健康管理服务体系:建立一套集体质健康标准测试、体育教学、阳光体育运动、健康评价及干预、健康指导等于一体的完整健康管理体系,把握师生员工体质与健康的动态平衡关系,促进师生体质健康发展,提前知晓各种健康风险,及早采用健康干预手段,从根本上提升大学生及高校教师的体质健康水平,为师生健康服务。The paper has analyzed the results of National Student Physical Health Standard by using literature da ta ,data statistics and logic analysis methods. On the basis of analysis,the paper suggests that the health management system should be set up in universities. This system should include health testing standards,physical education,physical training,health assessment,health education and so on. The purpose of this system is to find out teachers and students ’ heal th, to improve teachers and students ’ health and to learn something about health risks so that the heath intervention measures can be conducted in advance. The system will benefit teachers and students’ health.
