摘　　要：介绍了某炼油厂200万吨/年柴油加氢装置加氢反应器的平面布置、管道规划要点,并对其管道支吊架设计进行了阐述。然后使用应力分析软件CAESARII对反应器进出口的高温工艺管道的设计方案进行了计算并优化。并对设计中所遇到的问题进行了探讨,为今后类似装置的设计提供参考。Taking a diesel hydrogenation refining unit with annual production capacity of 2 million tons as anexample, the reactor layout, key points of piping design, piping supports and hangers design were elaborated in this article. The design plan for the high temperature inlet and outlet process pipelines of reactor was analyzed and optimized by stress analysis software CAESARII. The problems encountered during the design work were discussed so as to provide reference and experience for future work on similar units.
