摘 要:通过载体材料筛选、第IVB族元素改性制备了催化剂载体,并对催化剂载体进行了表征,、制备了3种Co-Mo-Ni型焦化汽油加氢催化剂。以硫含量为15 320μg/g的Merry16焦化汽油,对3种催化剂进行了对比评价,在加氢产品硫含量小于0.5μg/g的条件下,2#改性催化剂反应温度较其它2种催化剂反应温度低10℃。The catalyst carrier was prepared through the carrier material screening and Group IVB element modification. The catalyst carrier was characterized by pore structure, and three species of Co-Mo-Ni type coker gasoline hydrogenation catalysts were prepared.Three catalysts were evaluated using Merry16 coker gasoline of which the sulfur content of 15 320μg/g. When the sulfur content of hydrogenation product is less than at 0.5μg/g, the reaction temperature of 2 # catalyst is 10℃lower than that of the other two catalysts.
