白土精制对磺化抽余油脱色作用的探讨

摘　　要：文中论述了针对磺化抽余油,采用活性白土处理工艺进行抽余油精制,通过对不同实验条件的考查,确定了白土精制的最佳工艺条件。试验结果显示,精制后抽余油质量指标达到石油化工行业标准《NB/SH/T 0914-2015》中46号粗白油标准。作为磺化抽余油的补充精制,该工艺过程简单,精制效果显著。Activated clay treating process is adopted to carry out extraction and refining of raffinate oil, the optimal process condition is determined according to the investigation under different experiment conditions. The experimental result showed that the quality of refined and extracted oil has reached to the standard of No.46 crude and white oil in petroleum and chemical industry standard“NB/SH/T 0914-2015”. As the supplementary refining of Sulfonated oil extraction, the process is simple and has obvious refining effect.
