摘 要:国内超深井钻机固控系统技术性能较为落后,钻井液固相含量控制、加重剂的回收及钻井液的处理达不到预期要求。为此,在常规钻机固控系统总体布局、设备配置及工艺流程研究的基础上,对8000m超深井钻机固控系统的工艺流程、管线布置及结构设计进行了优化和完善。8000m钻机固控系统的钻井液罐上部采用矩形结构,布置罐面设备;下部采用弧形结构,布置吸入和清砂管线;清砂门与钻井泵吸入口位于罐体最底部,能够充分吸入和排出钻井液,满足钻井液的零排放要求。现场使用结果表明:该固控系统在各种工况下均能够正常工作,作业能力强,满足设计要求。该系统研制中采用的设计方法可为超深井钻机固控系统的设计提供参考。Due to low technical performance of solid control systems for drilling rigs,solid content control,weighting agent recovery and processing of drilling fluids cannot reach expectations.In order to solve this problem,technical process,pipeline layout and structure design of solid control systems for 8 000 m ultra-deep drilling rig were optimized and improved based on the overall layout,equipment configuration and technical process of conventional solid control systems for drilling rigs.The upper part of the drilling fluid tank for the solid control system adopts rectangular structure and it is equipped with tank equipment.The lower part adopts arc-shaped structure and it is equipped with suction and desanding pipelines.The desanding gate and drilling pump inlet are arranged on the bottom of tank to fully draw and discharge drilling fluids,with zero-emission of drilling fluids.Field application results show that the solid control system can work properly under various conditions,provide the higher performance capacity and meet design requirements.The conclusion can provide references to designing the solid control system for ultra-deep drilling rig.
