头孢唑林与五水头孢唑林在小儿腹股沟疝手术预防性应用的评价与分析

摘　　要：目的比较头孢唑林和五水头孢唑林预防小儿腹股沟疝手术切口感染效果及经济性。方法回顾性分析该院2011年1月—5月腹股沟疝修补术患儿200例,根据预防用药分为头孢唑林组和五水头孢唑林组各100例,预防给药时机均为术前30 min静脉滴注一次,术后24 h内不再给药,比较两者预防感染的效果及经济性。结果两组患儿无1例发生感染,切口均为甲级愈合,切口感染率均为0.00%(P>0.05),也未见药品不良反应发生;但人均预防用抗菌药物费用相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢唑林和五水头孢唑林预防小儿腹股沟疝手术切口感染的效果和安全性无明显差异,但从经济学角度来看,头孢唑林经济性最佳。Objective To compare the effect and economy of cephazolin and cefazolin pentahydrate in preventing the inci-sion infection of hernia surgery for children. Methods 200 cases of children with inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into the cephazolin group and the cefazolin pentahy-drate group with 100 cases in each according to the preventive medication, and the preventive administration opportunities were one-time intravenous drip in 30min before operation, and no administration in 24h after operation, and the effect of preventing infection and economy of the two groups were compared. Results No infection occurred in two groups, and all incisions were healed for the first rate, the infection rates of incisions in both groups were 0.00% （P〉0.05）, and adverse re-actions of drugs did not occur but the difference in the per capita cost of prevention application of antimicrobial drugs had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the effect and security of cephazolin and cefa-zolin pentahydrate in preventing the incision infection of the hernia surgery for children, but the economy of cephazolin is best from the perspective of economy.
