摘　　要：分析了智能电动执行机构产生故障的原因,并结合某现场实际情况,提出了智能电动执行机构分体安装改造方案,经实践证明:该方法消除了设备故障,提高了设备运行的可靠性,对今后此类问题的解决起到一定的参考作用。Electric actuator failure causes are analyzed in this paper and proposed the intelligent electric actuators fission installation in combination with the practical situation of field application. Practice has proved that the method eliminates the equipment failure, improves the reliability of equipment operation and plays a guiding role in the future.
