摘　　要：介绍了关键链法(CCPM)的产生及特点,从关键链确定与缓冲区计算两方面,阐述了CCPM在某地下管道维修项目中的应用,指出CCPM项目管理方法考虑了资源约束和易于导致项目工期延迟的客观因素,可应用于工程进度的安排和控制工作中。This paper introduced the production and characteristics of Critical Chain Project Management( CCPM),from the critical chain determination and the buffer area calculation two aspects,elaborated the application of CCPM in a underground pipeline maintenance project,pointed out that the CCPM project management method considered the objective factors caused by resource constraints and easy to cause time limit for a project delay,applied to engineering progress arrange and control work.
