摘  要:大众创业、万众创新是中国经济新的发动机。在此时代背景下,高校应该有所作为,担负起时代赋予的历史使命。高校创新创业教育内涵的解读有微观到宏观的职业教育新表述、素质教育的新拓展以及教育理念的新改革三个视角。高校创新创业教育改革需要科学处理高校创新创业教育中专业教育和创新创业教育、创新教育和创业教育、面向全体和个性化培养、高校主导和社会参与四个方面的关系,需要从顶层设计、协同育人、教学改革、队伍建设、实践教学、文化营造等方面确立改革路径。Mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become a new driving force to China' s economy. It is thus high time that colleges and universities should do something to shoulder the historic mission entrusted by the age.To understand its connotation,we can interpret innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in perspectives of new understandings of vocational education,quality education,reform of education ideas,both microly and macroly. To encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,we should deal with four aspects of relationship including that between innovation and professional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,mass education and personalized education,college & university dominated education and social participation. In addition,top-level design,collaboration education,teaching reform,team building,practical teaching,culture and other aspects of reform should cooperate to create a right reform path.
