坚持五大理念 走精准扶贫之路——以西盟县勐梭镇班母村农业扶贫开发为例

摘　　要：精准扶贫是全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大"中国梦"的重要保障,是新时期党和国家扶贫工作的精髓和亮点,更是扶贫开发工作中必须坚持的重点工作。基于普洱市西盟佤族自治县勐梭镇班母村精准扶贫案例,提出要因地制宜,科学确定精准扶贫优先顺序,实行连片集中帮扶与分类指导相结合,打造特色产业,培育品牌产业的意见和建议,多方位、多途径地促进村级农民增收。Precision poverty alleviation ensures to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize the Chinese Dream, so it is the essence of poverty alleviation project of our party and county, and is also the key work of poverty alleviation and development during the new time. Based on the case of Banmu village of Mengsuo town in Ximeng Va nationality autonomous county of Puer city, this paper holds that it should adjust measures to local conditions to make sure the priority of precision poverty alleviation ,scientifically, meanwhile, it puts forward the suggestions to develop the characteristic industry and cultivate brand industry by combining the concentrated assistance with the classified guidance, to increase farmers7 incomes from multi-direction and multi-ways.
