摘 要:液压锁紧轴套是五轴联动机床的关键部件,在液压力的作用下可以发生较大的弹性变形。锁紧进给轴的旋转自由度及锁紧扭矩是液压锁紧轴套的重要参数,对机床加工精度有重要的影响。应用薄壁柱壳的无矩理论推导及有矩理论修正得到了液压锁紧轴套锁紧扭矩的理论计算公式,并通过实验验证了理论公式的正确性。结果表明:应用柱壳的无矩理论和有矩理论得到的扭矩计算公式适用于液压锁紧轴套的锁紧扭矩计算。Hydraulic locking sleeve is a critical part of five-axis linkage machine tools,and it elastically deforms under the pressure of oil. Locking of the rotational freedom of the feeding shaft and locking torque are the mayor parameters of hydraulic locking sleeve,which is important for influence precision of the machine tool. Deduced by the no-moment theory and amended by have-moment theory of the thin-walled cylindrical shell,the theoreical calculation formula of locking torque was acquired,and the correctness of the formula was certified by the experiments. The results show that the formula deduced by the no-moment theory and the have-moment theory is suitable for the locking torque calculation of hydraulic locking sleeve.
