德建身心疗法在改善自闭症儿童症状中的应用

摘　　要：为推介传统武术养生文化在当代的医学价值,以少林禅武医传统武术养生体系——德建身心疗法对自闭症儿童症状改善的案例为中心,从德建身心疗法的内容体系、德建身心疗法对自闭症儿童症状改善的途径、德建身心疗法对自闭症儿童作用的生理机制等维度文献综述。此外,文献研究还表明德建身心疗法呈现安全性、有效性、经济性的特征,因而具备一定的应用与推广优势。可以作为专业的自闭症康复与医疗机构的选用方案,也可以引入学校教学,从而有助于融合教育的开展。To introduce the traditional martial arts culture in contemporary medical value, this paper collects the literature of the cases that traditional wushu healtii system named Dejian Mind-Body Intervention improved symptoms autism children , and reviews from asjbects such as the system of Dejian Mind-Body Intervention, the way and mechanism of Dejian Mind-Body Intervention improved symptoms of autism children. Furtlierniore, DMBI presents safety , efectivenes and economic efficiency characteristics.Thus it has advantage of application and promotion. DMBI can be used as a professional rehabilitation program and selection of medical institutions What is more , it can be introduced into the school teaching, which helps to help to inc. usion.
