摘  要:采用离子掺杂的技术方法,通过微波辅助水热法成功制备了"蝉蛹状"Ce掺杂ZnO光催化剂.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外可见吸收光谱仪(UV-vis)对所得样品的晶相结构、表面形貌和光吸收性能进行表征.考察了Ce掺杂量对ZnO形貌和光催化性能的影响.结果表明:当Ce掺杂量为1.0%时,所得样品为"蝉蛹状",且其具有均匀的尺寸、最小的带隙宽度(3.02eV)和高的光催化活性,在150 W紫外光下,光照80min对罗丹明B溶液(10mg/L)的降解率达到98.92%.Cicada pupa-like cerium doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method in this research.The phase structure,morphology and optical absorption property of the obtained samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry(UV-vis).The effect of cerium contents on the morphology and the photocatalytic performance of the obtained ZnO had been discussed in detail.The results indicate the obtained ZnO has cicada pupa-like shape,uniform size,the smallest band gap(3.02eV)with the cerium doping concentration is 1.0%.Besides,it also has the highest photocatalytic degradation activity(98.92%)for rhodamine B solutions(10mg/L)under 150 W UV-vis light illumination 80 min.
