摘　　要：研究A356铝合金熔体净化处理及其机理,分析铝液中的夹杂物,阐述杂质对铝合金的危害,并结合生产实际,介绍常用、高效的铝合金熔体净化处理的机理及主要方法,以提高铝液的净化水平,保证铝合金铸件质量。Study of A356 aluminum alloy melt purification treatment and its mechanism and analysis of inclusions in molten aluminum, expounds the harm of the impurity of aluminium alloy, and combined with the actual production, the frequent and efficient aluminum alloy melt purification mechanism and the main methods to improve the aluminum liquid purification level, and ensure the quality of aluminum alloy castings.
