摘 要:利用Hyperview软件分别在自由模态和约束模态两种条件下对某型轿车排气系统进行有限元数值模态和锤击法试验模态分析,介绍了试验模态分析的实验设备以及流程,分析比较两种模态分析结果的差异。结果表明,在自由状态下,数值模态分析和试验模态分析结果基本吻合,仿真模型能准确有效地对排气系统进行模拟计算,而在约束状态下,数值模态和试验模态分析所得到的固有频率差值相对较大,但两种模态振型总体上一致。理论模型可靠,根据模态参数,可为排气系统结构优化确定方向,为排气系统悬挂位置的优化提供了依据。This paper conducts a finite element numerical modal analysis and thump test for a vehicle exhaust system of under the condition of free mode and constraint mode. It introduces the experiment equipments and process of experimental modal analys is, analyzes and compares the discrepancies between the two results. It finds out that the results between numerical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis are fundamental ly in agreement under free mode, the simulat ion model can accurately simulate the exhaust system under the free mode. However, numerical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis reveal larger difference in the differ-ence value of inherent frequency under constraint mode; nevertheless the vib rat io nal patterns are generally con-sistent under constraint con dition. So the theoretical model is reliable , the modal parameters can be used to de-termine the direction of optimizin g exhaust system and provide a basis for the opt imal placement of exhaust sys-tem hanger
