对加快四川民族医药人才培养的思考

摘　　要：目的对四川民族医药人才培养现状和问题进行分析,为民族医药人才培养体系的建立提供科学的对策和建议.方法通过民族地区实地走访、高校调研以及相关文献资料查询,多途径整理四川民族医药人才培养的现状,并提出相关思考.结果近些年来,四川民族地区医药卫生人才培养取得了较好的新成绩,但民族地区医疗卫生人才数量不足、分布不均、结构不合理等问题仍是制约民族医药发展的重要瓶颈.结论优化建立多形式、多层次的民族医药人才培养体系,对加快四川民族地区医药人才培养,提升四川医疗卫生水平,促进四川民族地区跨越式发展具有重大意义.Objective By analyzing the present status of ethnomedicine talents training in Sichuan province to propose scientific strategies and suggestions on how to establish the training system of ethnomedicine talents. Methods The present situations of ethnomedicine talents training in Sichuan were analyzed by on-the-spot visit in minority concentrated region, survey in universi- ties and related literature search. Results Recently, medical and health personnel training in the minority area of Sichuan has made a great achievement,but the shortage,uneven distribution, unreasonable structure of medical workers in minority concen- trated region still restrict the development of ethnomedicine in Sichuan. Conclusion The establishment and optimization of train- ing system of ethnomedicine talents on multi form and multi level is important for accelerating the medical personnel cultivation in minority.concentrated region of Sichuan, promoting medical and health level, and boosting the great leap forward in the devel- opment＇of minority regions of Sichuan.
