产妇子宫内膜异位的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对子宫内膜异位症产妇实施综合护理的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月-2015年5月在我院就诊的103例子宫内膜异位症产妇，将其随机分为两组，实验组55例，对照组48例，实验组采用综合护理的方法，对照组采用常规护理的方法，比较两组患者的病情恢复情况、并发症情况以及满意度情况。结果实验组恶化率为4．44％，好转率为33．33％，治愈率为57．79％，复发率为4．44％，治疗总有效率为91．12％；对照组恶化率为12．50％，好转率为25．00％,治愈率为45．83％，复发率为16．67％，治疗总有效率为70．83％。两组比较，实验组好转率、治愈率及治疗总有效率均明显偏高，而复发率明显偏低（P〈0．05）。术后两组均有不同程度的并发症发生，但实验组并发症总发生率（24．44％）明显低于对照组（54．17％）。在患者对护理的满意度情况方面，实验组的总满意度为95．56％，对照组的总满意度为87．50％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对患有子宫内膜异位症的产妇进行综合护理有利于患者的恢复，且能够提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effects of comprehensive nursing in the puerpera with endometriosis. Methods 103 puerpera with endometriosis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to May 2015 were selected. They were randomly assigned to two groups, with 55 patients in the experiment group and 48 patients in the control group. The experiment group was given comprehensive nursing, and the control group was given regular nursing. Disease recovery, complications and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The deterioration rate in the experiment group was 4.44%, improvement rate was 33.33%, cure rate was 57.79%, relapse rate was 4.44%, and the total effective rate was 91.12%; the deterioration rate in the control group was 12.50%, improvement rate was 25.00%, cure rate was 45.83%, relapse rate was 16.67%, and the total effective rate was 70.83%. The two groups were compared, and the improvement rate, cure rate and total effective rate in the experiment group were significantly higher, and the relapse rate was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Different degrees of complications were occurred after the surgery in both groups, but the total incidence rate of complications in the experiment group （24.44%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （54.17%）. In terms of patients＂ satisfaction degree towards nursing, the total satisfaction degree in the experiment group was 95.56%, and the total satisfaction degree in the control group was 87.50%. The differences were significant puerpera with endometriosis is beneficial to their recovery, and （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of the is also able to improve patients＂ satisfaction degree.
