独立学院突发事件应急管理的几点思考

摘　　要：独立学院作为高校的一种组织形式,所发生的突发事件和普通高校的突发事件没有本质性的区别,不应将独立学院与普通高校突发事件的应对机制进行割裂。独立学院突发事件应急预案的设置上,应注重预警机制的完善和不同类型突发事件应急程序的设置,同时,独立学院突发事件应急管理中应注入人文关怀,关注突发事件善后处理中学生的心理健康。There is no essential difference between the occurrence of emergencies in independent school and ordinary universities, so for independent college, as a organizational form of colleges and universities, its response mechanism should not be separated with ordinary colleges and universities. We should focus on the improvement of early warning mechanism and the settings of different types of emergency procedures in setting emergency contingency plans in independent colleges. At the same time, humanistic care should be injected into the emergency management in independent colleges in order to pay attention to students＇ mental health in emergency handling.
