摘 要:研究了固相含量对注凝成型的莫来石增强磷酸铬铝复相陶瓷浆料的黏度、生坯以及烧结样品性能的影响。采用SEM等手段对复相陶瓷断面的微观形貌进行分析,使用万能试验机、陶瓷块体密度测量仪、显微硬度计测试其材料的弯曲强度、密度及维氏硬度,并使用矢量网络分析仪分析材料的介电性能。结果表明,随着固相含量的提高,坯体和烧结体的弯曲强度分别呈下降和上升趋势,维氏硬度增大,密度和介电常数增加。当固相含量为53%(体积分数)时,莫来石增强磷酸铬铝复相陶瓷烧结样品性能最好,其弯曲强度为181.30 MPa,线收缩率为18.12%,密度为2.75 g/cm^3,维氏硬度为975.64,平均介电常数为3.84。The effect of solid loading in slurries on properties was investigated formullite reinforced alumi-num - chromium - phosphate composite ceramicsgreen and sintering bodies prepared by gelcasting process. The fracture surface morphologies of the composite ceramics were characterized by SEM analysis. The flexural property,density and Vickers strength of the composite ceramics were tested by auniversalt-esting machine,ceramic blocks densitometry and microhardness. The dielectric constant were tested by vector network analyzer. The results show that with the solid loading increased,the flexural strength of composite ceramics green bodies decreased,but the density of green bodies increased. Meanwhile,the flexural strength,density,Vickers hardness and dielectric constant of composite ceramics sintered bodies all increased. When the solid loading was 53 vol%,the mechanical properties of the obtained composites are the best,of which the flexural strength,linear shrinkage,density and the average dielectric constant were reached to 181. 30 MPa,18. 12%,2. 75 g/cm3 ,975. 64,3. 84,respectively.
