双目立体视觉在管件回弹参数测量中的应用

摘  要:在管件弯曲成形过程中,回弹对实现管件无应力装配的弯管角度和弯曲半径两个关键因素有很大影响。针对采用常规检具测量管件几何参数存在精度低、效率低、自动化程度不高的问题,提出一种基于双目立体视觉技术的测量方法,其基本思想是通过相机标定得到相机内外参数,然后对图像进行特征提取以及中心轴线的拟合和匹配,结合双目立体视觉理论计算获得管件的弯曲角度和弯曲半径,将结果与标准参数进行对比得出误差,再将误差反馈给弯管机以实现参数修正。实验表明该测量系统能实现对管件快速、稳定、精确的参数测量。In the process of tube bending forming,springback has great influence on the bending angle and bending radius which are important to realize the pipe stress-free assembly. In view of the problems of using conventional inspection tools to measure the geometric parameters of pipe fitting,accuracy and ef-ficiency and automation are all low,this paper proposed a measurement method based on the binocular stereo vision technology. The basic idea is firstly to make camera calibration to get the internal and exter-nal parameters of the cameras,then the bending angle and bending radius of the tube can be calculated by the following feature extraction,the fitting and matching of the central axis combined with the principle of binocular stereo vision,compared them with standard parameters,fed back the error to the pipe bending machine to realize parameter modification. Experimental results show that the system can realize fast,sta-ble and accurate measuring for tube parameters.
