协同创新、员工教育培训与服务企业国际化

摘　　要：利用服务企业微观数据库,从异质性视角深入探究协同创新、员工教育培训对服务企业国际化的影响。结果显示,没有任何结果显示协同创新显著影响服务企业国际化,员工教育培训则显著地促进服务企业国际化。这一结论并没有随着服务企业出口总额、出口概率以及员工教育培训的变化而变化,具有较强的稳健性。同时,分别探究了创新协同与员工教育培训影响服务企业国际化的经济效应。The paper does some research on the effect of collaborative innovation,staff education and training to service enterprise internationalization from the perspective of heterogeneity using the microscopic database service enterprises obtained from the questionnaire survey.The results show that,there is no results that collaborative innovation have a significant effect on service enterprise internationalization,and staff education training significantly promote service enterprise internationalization,which have strong robustness without changes with the change of the service enterprises export volume,export total probability and staff education training,.At the same time,this paper explores the economic effect of collaborative innovation,staff education and training to service enterprise internationalization.
