金叶刺槐嫩枝扦插繁殖试验

摘　　要：通过对金叶刺槐进行嫩枝扦插试验,以探讨最佳扦插基质、插穗规格、最适宜生根剂浓度及最佳处理时间,结果表明：金叶刺槐可以采用嫩枝扦插方法进行繁殖,最佳技术方案是：用蛭石或珍珠岩作扦插基质,插穗带4~5片叶片,插前用ABT生根粉进行催根处理,浓度为100mg·L^-1,处理时间6~8h,插后加强管理,调控好环境温度、湿度、光照、通气等条件。Experiments of softwood cuttings of Robinia pseudoacacia were conducted to discuss the optimal cutting medium,cutting specifications,the most suitable rooting agent concentration and the optimal treatment time.Result shows that the method of softwood cuttings of Robinia pseudoacacia can be used for breeding,the optimal technical proposal is：with vermiculite or perlite as cutting medium,cuttings with 4-5 blades,cutting before using ABT roo-ting powder to accelerate the root,concentration rate being 100 m·L^-11 ,the processing time being 6-8 h;manage-ment should be strengthened after cutting;temperature,humidity,light,ventilation and other conditions should be regulated.
