摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯((C_4H_9O)_4Ti)为原料,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为粘结剂,采用静电纺丝技术制备了锂离子电池负极材料Ti O_2,研究了不同保温时间对材料性能的影响。采用X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜分别对样品物相及形貌进行了表征,结果表明,在450℃下保温1 h、2 h、3 h均得到了纤维状结构的纯相锐钛矿Ti O_2。室温条件下的充放电测试表明,保温2 h制备的氧化钛具有最好的电化学性能,其在0.2 C、0.5 C、1 C、2 C充放电倍率下首圈容量分别为203.2 m Ah/g、177.2 m Ah/g、153.4 m Ah/g、131.6 m Ah/g,以0.2 C的倍率循环100圈后,容量保持率为89%。Ti O_2, as anode material of lithium ion batteries, was prepared using(C_4H_9O)_4Ti as precursors and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) by the electrostatic spinning method. The influence of holding time on properties of samples was studied. The phase structure and the morphology of the samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. Pure anatase Ti O_2 with fiber structure sintered at 450 ℃ with a holding time of 1, 2 or 3 h was obtained. Influence of the holding time on the electrochemical performance of Ti O-_2 was investigated. It was found that the Ti O-_2 sample sintered at 450 ℃ for 2 h exhibited an optimum electrochemical performance among the three samples. For the first cycle, the discharge capacity of the sample reached 203.2, 177.2, 153.4 and 131.6 m Ah/g at different rates of 0.2 C, 0.5 C, 1 C, 2 C, respectively. In addition, the sample exhibited a superior cycle performance. After 100 cycles, it could retain 89 ﹪ of its initial discharge capacity at 0.2 C rate.
