摘 要:采用SEM、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、热膨胀仪等表征手段,研究了Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2-P_2O_5系乳浊玻璃中,不同B_2O_3添加量对其结构及性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着B_2O_3质量分数的增加,富磷相的尺寸逐渐增大,富磷相边缘变得更加圆润;一定量B_2O_3促进了Na_3Ca_6(PO_4)_5晶体的生成,B_2O_3量为12%时,Zn_2P_2O_7晶峰强度较强。B_2O_3添加量的增加使得O-Si-O化学键的数量减少,[BO_3]的数量增多;随着B_2O_3量的增加,样品的透过率先降低后升高,热膨胀系数先降低后升高,密度逐渐降低,耐酸碱性逐渐减弱。In the Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2-P_2O_5 opal glass system, the effects of addition amount of B_2O_3 on the microstructure and properties were investigated by means of SEM, XRD, IR spectrum, Thermal dilatometer, etc.. The results show that the second phases enriched with phosphate become larger and the phase edges become more rounded with the increase of B_2O_3 content. Adding B_2O_3 can promote the generation of Na_3Ca_6(PO_4)_5 crystal, and when the amount of B_2O_3 is 12﹪, the diffraction peak of Zn_2P_2O_7 becomes stronger. And then, addition of B_2O_3 will lead to the reduction of O-Si-O chemical bonds and the increase of [BO_3]. With the increase of B_2O_3 content, the transmittance of samples first decreases and then increases, it follows the same trend as the coefficient of thermal expansion, however the density of sample will decrease, and the acid and alkali resistance is gradually weakened.
