摘 要:通过共沉淀法制备了Co_(1-x)Mg_xAl_2O_4(x=0~0.8)系复合纳米粉体。采用XRD、TG-DSC、SEM、CIE-L*a*b*和UV-vis等测试技术对粉体的相组成、颗粒形貌、粒径、色度和吸光度等进行了表征。结果表明,制备的样品均为单一的尖晶石结构,置换离子成功地进入Co Al_2O_4结构中,并逐渐取代Co^(2+)离子在四面体中位置,致使晶格发生畸变,结晶度、粒径和色度发生变化。L*a*b*值分析显示,合成粉体在x=0.6时,得到最大的-b*值,表明蓝色值最大。UV-vis光谱分析表明,在530~670 nm范围内存在一系列较强吸收峰,这表明蓝色的形成。同时,在480 nm处的吸收峰的改变,影响色料粉体的亮度(L*值)。Co_(1-x)Mg_xAl_2O_4(x ranges from 0 to 0.8) nano-pigments were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by means of TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, colorimetry and UV-vis. The XRD patterns showed that the obtained samples have single phase of cubic spinel structure. Metal ions were incorporated within the Co Al_2O_4 structure and gradually replaced the Co^(2+) ions in the tetrahedral positions, which yielded a crystal lattice distortion and made crystallite, the particle size and color tone changed. The chromatic data revealed that the most b* value in negative occurs for x=0.6, indicating a highest blue intensity. Uv-vis pattern showed that a continuously strong absorption peaks were depicted in the range 430 ~ 670 nm, which revealed the formation of a blue color. Meanwhile, the absorption bands around 480 nm have a great influence on the lightness of pigments.
