水平井变密度射孔方法初探

摘　　要：射孔完井是目前国内外砂岩水平井使用最广泛的完井方法。目前,水平井射孔还存在许多问题,射孔井段的分配不合理,使射孔井段贡献不均,既影响了油井的产能,也增加了成本。针对以上问题,以质量守恒、能量守恒为基础,利用流入动态及多相管流的计算方法,通过对水平井段孔眼的流量及流入井筒的压力分布进行分析研究,总结出水平段每个射孔孔眼对整个水平井产能的贡献大小,为探索水平井变密度射孔的参数优化提供一种研究方法。At present,there are many problems in horizontal well perforation.Unreasonable perforation interval distribution makes the perforation interval contribution non-uniform,which influences the capacity of a well and also increases the cost.In view of the problems,based on the theory of conservation of mass,conservation of energy,using the inflow performance and multiphase pipe flow calculation methods,research and analysis is carried out to the horizontal well perforation flow and pressure distribution flowing into the wellbore.We get the contribution of each perforation hole to the productivity of a horizontal well.It provides a method for studying on parameter optimization of variable density perforation in horizontal wells.
