摘　　要：武陵民族地区的非物质文化遗产资源丰富,并具有重要价值,政府和相关职能部门给予了一定程度的重视和保护,但也存在部分非物质文化遗产在普查中被疏漏、数据库建设不完善、自然和人为破坏严重、资源挖掘与利用不够、保护非物质文化遗产的硬件设施落后等等问题。建议通过再做非物质文化遗产补查工作、完善数据库、严格执法、严禁破坏、重视非物质文化遗产价值的挖掘与利用、加强硬件建设和人才培养等措施予以进一步保护。There are extremely abundant intangible cultural heritage resources in Wuling minority area. The government and relevant functional departments attach great importance to the resources and make efforts to protect them due to their important value. However,there still exist some problems in the preservation of some intangible cultural heritages,such as the omission of some heritage resources in the census,the imperfect database construction,serious natural and human destruction,underexplored and underutilized resources,outdated hardware facilities for protecting intangible cultural heritage and so on. To further preserve the intangible cultural heritage in this area,it is suggested that intangible cultural heritage be rechecked; the database be improved; the relative laws be more strictly enforced; vandalism of intangible cultural heritage be forbidden; exploitation and utilization of intangible cultural heritage be taken seriously; the hardware construction and talent cultivation be strengthened.
