摘　　要：本文简述了弧焊逆变器的工作机理,分析高频变压器的单向偏磁产生的原因,提出解决措施,避免功率开关管过流损坏。This paper briefly describes the working mechanism of arc welding inverter, to analyze the causes ofhigh frequency transformer magnetic bias, give some solving measures, and to avoid the power switch tube was damaged for over-current.
