丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证病人择期PCI围术期心肌损伤的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液对择期经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)围术期心肌损伤的保护作用。方法非同期对照观察常规治疗(对照组)及加用丹红注射液(观察组)对择期PCI的不稳定型心绞痛(UA)病人血清心肌标志物肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)的影响,同时观察丹红注射液对择期PCI围术期心绞痛的临床疗效。结果两组PCI术前CK、CK MB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术后血清中CK、CK MB水平有所升高,提示存在一定的围术期心肌损伤;观察组术后血清中CK、CK MB水平较术前稍低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病人PCI术后心绞痛发作均明显减少,显效率相当,总有效率观察组略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹红注射液对择期PCI围术期心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effects of Danhong injection（DHI）on perioperative myocardial injury in patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome during selective percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods Non syn-chronous observe effects of conventional therapy and therapy with DHI on level of serum cardiac marker creatine kinase （CK）and its Isozymemyocardial bound creatine kinase（CK MB）in patients with unstable angina（UA）after selective PCI,and their perioperative effect in patients with angina pectoris during PCI,to investigate the protective effects of DHI on ischemic myocardium during selective PCI.Results There was no significant difference in levels of CK or CK MB（P〉0.05）between the group given conventional thera-py and the group given additional y DHI before PCI.After PCI,the CK and CK MB levels in conventional therapy group elevated：CK increased close to statistical significance （P=0.054）,CK MB with statistical y significant difference （P〈0.05）.After PCI,the CK and CK MB levels in DHI group decreased,statistical y significant difference （P〈0.05）.After PCI,the fluency of anginapectoris of both groups decreased,the efficiency of both group were almost similar,the efficiency of DHI group was better than that in conven-tional therapy group,but there was no statistical y significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion DHI has protective effects on periop-erative myocardial injury during selective PCI.
