摘　　要：邓铁涛教授是我国著名中医大家,对许多疾病的认识有其独到的见解,心血管疾病就是其擅长治疗的病种之一。邓铁涛教授的学术思想包括五脏相关、重视后天之本,心脾相关、痰瘀相关等。邓铁涛教授认为冠心病病机特点是"正虚为本,邪实为标",在治疗上比较重视补气除痰,通补兼施,以利于心阳的恢复。用温胆汤加减化裁的益气化痰法是邓铁涛教授治疗冠心病的基本方法。本研究总结邓铁涛教授在临床上对岭南地区冠心病的常见分型论治。Professor Deng Tietao is a famous Chinese medicine master,the understanding of many diseases has its unique insights, cardiovascular disease is the specializes in the treatment of the disease is planted one of. Professor Deng Tietao’s academic thought,including the correlation of five acquired this attention,spleen phlegm and blood stasis.Professor Deng Tietao thinks that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is are false for this,evil actual y standard,in the treatment of pay more attention to qi and e-liminating phlegm,and complementary and carrot,in order to facilitate the recovery of heart Yang.Yiqihuatan method with Wendan Decoction is the basic method of Professor Deng Tietao in treating coronary heart disease.This paper also summarizes Professor Deng Tietao in common clinical type of coronary artery disease in south of the Five Ridges area of treatment.
