摘  要:采用玉米对氯嘧磺隆敏感的原理,测定巨大芽胞杆菌E-1对土壤氯嘧磺隆残留的降解能力。结果表明降解菌用量为300 m L菌液/kg土时,对玉米根长的修复率为18.31%~62.48%;降解菌用量30 m L菌液/kg土时的修复率为11.78%~49.72%;降解菌用量3 m L菌液/kg土时,施用降解菌的处理与不施菌处理之间无显著差异。Based on maize sensitive to chlorimuron-ethyl, the degradability of Bacillus megaterium strain E-1 to chlorimuron-ethyl was investigated. The results showed that this bacterium could degrade all levels of chlorimuron-ethyl(2-50 μg/kg) when used with the concentration of 300 m L bacterial culture per kg soil. The recovery of maize roots was gradually declined along with the concentration increase of chlorimuron-ethyl. The highest recovery percentage of maize roots was 62.48% and the lowest was 18.31% when the dose of degrading bacteria was 30 m L/kg soil. Significant effects were observed in the degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl by bacteria, and the recovery percentage of maize roots was below to 50%. However, no significant differences were found between the treatments with and without bacteria when the dose of degrading barteria was 3 m L/kg soil.
