摘 要:利用阳极氧化方法制备出在可见光范围内呈现不同色彩的PAA薄膜,并基于布拉格理论,通过控制在草酸溶液中的阳极氧化时间,实现了对薄膜颜色的精细调控.通过分析薄膜折射率与波长及膜厚的关系,证实理论计算与实验结果是自洽的,并进一步证实PAA薄膜成色机制来源于薄膜干涉.这种鲜艳的结构色在装饰、显示器及防伪方面具有潜在的应用前景.PAA thin films with tunable structural colors covering the entire visible region have been fabricated using a traditional anodic oxidation method. Based on Bragg' s equation theory,fine-tuning of structural color is achieved by adjusting the anodization time. The relationship of the refractive index between the wavelength and thickness is discussed, and it confirms that the experimental results are well consistent with the theoretical calculation results. The mechanisms of color generation are analyzed in detail. Furthermore,the synthesis of highly saturated color Co@PAA nanocomposite thin films further confirms the feasibility of the Bragg's equation theory direction. These films show a promise in many areas including decoration, display and anti-counterfeiting applications.
