恶性血液病患者心理韧性现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的：调查恶性血液病患者心理韧性现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法应用 Cornor-Davidson韧性量表、社会支持评定量表以及自行设计的一般资料调查表对吉林省某医院血液科住院治疗193例恶性血液病患者进行问卷调查。结果恶性血液病患者心理韧性总分为（58.42±8.93）分，社会支持总分为（36.77±5.36）分。性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭月收入、不同医保方式的恶性血液病患者心理韧性水平差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）；文化程度、家庭月收入、社会支持3个因子最终进入多元回归方程，共解释了总变异的42.7％。结论恶性血液病患者的心理韧性较差，个体的文化程度、家庭月收入及社会支持是影响心理弹性的重要因素。Objective To investigate the status quo of resilience among patients with hematological malignancies, and to explore its influencing factors.Methods The Connor-Davidson resilience scale,the social support rating scale, and self-designed demographic questionnaire were delivered to 193 inpatients with hematological malignancies.Results The overall resilience score for patients with hematological malignancies was （58.42±8.93）, and the social support score was（36.77±5.36）. The results showed that there was statistically significant differences in the resilience level of the hematological malignancy patients with different gender, marital status,educational level,family income, and medical insurance（ P〈0.05）;educational level,family income,social support entered the multiple regression equation and explained 42. 7% of all the variation. Conclusions The patients with hematological malignancy have poor resilience. Educational level, family income and social support are important influencing factors.
