摘  要:目的 探讨通过外科开胸手术制备犬Stanford B型急性主动脉夹层模型的方法 。方法 选取健康2~3年的比格犬5只,术前进行高脂饲料喂养8周。对实验犬进行静脉麻醉后,切开肋间肌、胸膜,逐步暴露主动脉,在距左锁骨下动脉远端2~3 cm处用0T针斜刺入降主动脉中膜,用冠脉刀迅速切开主动脉管壁全层后,用球囊导管分离主动脉的中膜和内膜,之后用5-0 prolene线缝合动脉外膜和中膜,静脉注射肾上腺素升高血压,术后24 h内对实验犬进行多次CT血管成像,动态观察采集夹层的影像学信息。结果 5只实验犬中,共有3只动物术后形成主动脉夹层,CTA图像显示均显示了真假双腔,根据主动脉夹层的Stanford分型标准,确定形成了Stanford B型主动脉夹层。结论 外科手术是建立犬Stanford B型主动脉夹层模型的可靠方法。Objective To investigate the surgical method for producing Stanford B acute aortic dissection model in ca- nine. Methods Five healthy dogs of 2 to 3 years with preoperative high-fat diet for 8 weeks were selected, after intra- venous anesthesia, the intercostal muscle and pleura were cut, and the aorta was exposed gradually, OT needle was punctured obliquely into the membrane of descending aorta at the position 2-3 cm away from the left subclavian. Inti- ma and media were seperated by the mechanical force using the balloon catheter, after cutting the full aortic wails, af- ter finishing the surgery, adventitia and intima were sutured with a 5-0 prolene. Repeatedly CT angiography was pro- duced within 24 hours after the surgery, the changes of the imaging were observed continuously. Results Formation of aortic dissection was observed in the three of the total five canines, CTA images showed a dual-chamber in the aorta of the animals, and type B was determined according to the Stanford classification criteria for aortic dissection. Conclu- sion Surgery is a reliable method to establish Stanford B aortic dissection animal model.
