摘　　要：建构社会资本的社会工作实践是社会工作服务的核心内涵之一,是社会工作参与社会治理的重要介入行动,也是社会工作推动服务型社会治理的重要实践路径。本文以流动人口社区社会资本建构实践为例,从服务型社会治理的视角对流动人口社区进行社会资本分析,并在此基础上探究社会工作通过建构社会资本的专业服务开展推进流动人口社区服务型社会治理的实践内容与路径。Wang Sibin points out that social work participates in social governance through services, and in order to better serve and participate in social governance is the basic connotation of service- oriented social governance. Therefore,the professional practice about construction of social capital in the social work is belonging to the practical category of a service-oriented society governance. The social organization Y,which long-term rooted in the community, through the professional actions of constructing the social capital into group, social learning and social intervention program enrich the practical connotation of the service-oriented social governance;And on this basis,the practice strategies of the stakeholders participation,resource mobilization and integration and empowering are formed.
