摘　　要：当前,高校社会工作专业发展存在冷热双重境遇,不利于社会工作专业人才培养。本文以布迪厄的场域理论为指导,认为场域内权力的合谋和失衡是造成社会工作专业发展双重境遇的根源,提出政府为场域内弱势行动者增权,促进场域权力平衡,推动社会工作专业良性发展的政策建议。At current,the development of social work in colleges and universities is facing a double situation of hot and cold,which is not conducive to the development of social work professional talent training.Based on Bourdieu's field theory as the instruction,this paper Put forward the point of view that power conspired and imbalances in the field is the root of the dual professional social work development situation,and then Put forward suggestions the power of the disadvantaged actors in field should be increased and the relations in the field should be recover its balance to promote the healthy development of social work profession.
