摘　　要：总结程燕教授运用内外治法相结合治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的经验。程教授通过对该病发病原因、病位的深入认识,认为由于其解剖特点,治疗上内治以祛除病因为本,外治以通窍利咽为标。并举案例1则,以资验证。Professor CHENG Yan＇s experience in treating upper airway cough syndrome in children by combined internal and external treatment was summarized.Having got a deep understanding of the etiology and position of the disease,professor CHENG believed that treatment should be differ according to its anatomical features,that is,internal treatment was applied to remove the root of disease which was the most important treatment,while external treatment to relieve sore throat,which was basic treatment.One case was attached for verification.
