平喘止咳贴辅助治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽41例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位敷贴给药联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽的疗效。方法将82例支原体肺炎后咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组给予阿奇霉素口服及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予平喘止咳贴(苗药巴布剂)经皮穴位敷贴。治疗7 d后,比较2组的临床疗效和治疗前、后各时间点咳嗽评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为87.8%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗3,5,7 d后咳嗽评分分别为(1.66±0.61),(1.13±0.50),(0.41±0.17)分,均低于对照组的(2.11±0.58),(1.72±0.53),(0.98±0.42)分,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论平喘止咳贴辅助治疗儿童支原体肺炎后咳嗽可显著改善患儿的临床症状,疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the combination of paste on acupoint and Budesonide aerosol inhalation applied for children with cough after mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 82 cases of children with cough after mycoplasma pneumonia were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 41 cases in each.The control group applied Azithromycin oral and Budesonide aerosol inhalation into treatment while the treatment group applied Pingchuan Zhike Tie into acupoint for treatment on the basis of the control group therapy. The curative effects and the cough score changes in different time were compared before and 7 days after therapy in two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.6% in the treatment group,87.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）.After 3,5,7 days treatment by the treatment group,the cough scores were（ 1.66±0.61）,（ 1.13±0.50）,（ 0.41± 0.17） separately,which were lower than the control group＇s（ 2.11±0.58）,（ 1.72±0.53）,（ 0.98±0.42）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pingchuan Zhike Tie can treat children cough after mycoplasma pneumonia adjunctively,which can ameliorate the clinical symptom with excellent curative effects.
