运脾导滞颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘43例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察运脾导滞颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将86例功能性便秘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予金双歧口服治疗,治疗组予中药运脾导滞颗粒口服治疗,2组均连续治疗20 d后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.72%,对照组为46.51%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论运脾导滞颗粒治疗儿童功能性便秘疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the therapy effects of children with functional constipation treated by Yunpi Daozhi Keli.Methods 86 cases of children with functional constipation were randomized into the control group and the treatment group with 43 cases in each. The control group was treated by oral Golden Bifid,while the treatment group was treated by oral Yunpi Daozhi Keli.After 20 days continuous treatment,therapy effects of two groups will be observed.Results The total effective rate was 83.72% in the treatment group,46.51% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yunpi Daozhi Keli can treat children with functional constipation effectively,worthy of clinical promotion.
