中药联合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿40例临床观察及对步行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效及对步行功能的影响。方法 80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为2组。对照组给予康复训练,每日1次;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合中药黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,每日1剂,连续治疗4周。治疗后观察2组患儿的临床疗效和步行功能评分。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后功能性步行分级(FAC)、10 m最大步行速度(MWS)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)均大于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组FAC,MWS,6MWT显著大于对照组,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合康复训练治疗能提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效,改善肢体痉挛和步行平衡功能。Objective To observe the influence of clinical effects and walking function on 40 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy treated by the combination of Chinese herbs and rehabilitation training.Methods 80 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomized into two groups,the control group was treated by rehabilitation training,1 time every day.On the basis of the control group therapy,the treatment group was treated by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang modified,one dose a day,continuously for 4 weeks.After treatment,observed clinical effects and evaluate the scores of walking function of children in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group,and 75. 0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment for the same group difference of FAC,MWS and 6MWT were very meaningful（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,evaluation scores of FAC,MWS and 6MWT in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Chinese herbs and rehabilitation training has more clinical effects in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy,with relieving extremities spasticity and walking balanced function.
