摘　　要：目的研究并归纳小儿急性腹泻的中医外治法规律。方法在文献研究的基础上,采用德尔菲法,选取符合条件的34位专家,进行2轮专家问卷调研。结果归纳分析中医外治法的证型和治则以及外治法中敷脐疗法和推拿疗法的常用药物及手法。结论经过2轮专家问卷调查,总结了小儿急性腹泻的中医外治法诊疗规律性,为小儿急性腹泻的中医外治法优化方案奠定了基础。Objective To study and summarize the rules of external treatment of TCM of pediatric acute diarrhea.Methods On the basis of literature research by Delphi method,34 qualified specialists conducted two rounds of expert questionnaire investigation.Results After two rounds of expert questionnaire,the external treatment syndrome,rules,commonly used drugs and practices in umbilical therapy and massage therapy were summarized.Conclusion After two rounds of expert questionnaire,the rules of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in diagnosis and treatment of children with acute diarrhea was summarized,which laid the foundation of optimization scheme of pediatric acute diarrhea treatment with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
