积极推进“互联网+”时代军队网络文化建设创新发展

摘　　要：军队网络文化,本质上是一种充满创新性的文化形式。军队网络文化要在竞争中取胜,就必须无止境地创新,这也是军队网络文化建设的内在需求。要在"互联网+"时代推进军队网络文化建设创新发展,就应该把握五个方面的问题:更新观念,强化互联网思维和一体化发展理念;举旗铸魂,加强网上思想文化阵地建设;立足使命,服务改革强军战略;建章立制,增强网络安全防御能力和威慑能力;应用转化,借鉴网络文化建设先进经验。Military network culture is essentially a kind of cultural form full of innovation. In order to win in the competition, military network culture should innovate continuously, which is also an internal need of military network culture construction. Some issues concerning innovative development of military network culture construction in ＂Internet plus＂ era are discussed, which include renewal of concept to strengthen Internet thinking and integrative idea of development, holding high the banner to enhance construction of online cultural and ideological front, implementing the strategy of reforming and building a strong army based on missions, formulating rules and regulations to strengthen network security defense and deterrent capability, and transformation and application of scientific achievements to draw lessons from advanced experience of network cultural construction.
