摘　　要：从海军合训学员舰艇部队任职需求出发,明确航海素质培养目标,并围绕理论教学、实践教学、第二课堂三个方面,重构海军合训学员航海素质培养体系,为提升海军合训学员航海素质培养效益提供了有益参考。According to the requirements of the duty and the training objectives of navigation qualities, the construction of the cultivating system of navigation qualities is presented with focus on the following aspects： theory, practice extra-curricular activities. The proposed cultivating system can provide valuable reference to improving efficiency of navigation quality cultivation.
