摘　　要：随着我军装备复杂性和实战化训练要求不断提高,装备全寿命周期中的各种风险明显增加,装备风险管理因此遇到了新的要求和挑战。基于在装备财务中引入风险管理机制的理论渊源,探讨了在装备财务中实施风险管理的对象、目标和过程,并就建立装备保险制度提出了总体构想。With the rising complexity of equipment and elevated standard of exercises, military equip- ment is faced with increasing risks during its entire life cycle, which thus brings about new challenges to equipment financing. The theoretical foundation of risk management in equipment financing is analyzed and its obiects, targets and processes are discussed. The overall conception of equipment insurance system is thus put forward.
